New Families

Please join us in the Happy Valley Multi-Purpose Room for a New Family Orientation. The beginning of school can be both an exciting and overwhelming time. To help navigate you through the many forms, processes and event schedules, we invite you to join us for an informative morning. Following the presentation you’ll be given your child’s class assignment. Refreshments will be served. Please note this is a parent-only event.

Welcome Back Social

Once you’ve completed Husky Day, please plan to stay and enjoy refreshments with friends from 4-6 pm on the primary playground.  Drinks and lite snacks will be served.  Additionally, Jamba Juice will be selling a variety of smoothies for $2.00 each with 20% of the total sales being donated to Happy Valley Parents Club.

All of the Parents Club forms previously mailed in your Husky Day Packet are now available only online.  Click here prior to Husky Day to complete the online process.  This should take you no more than 15 minutes and will help fast track you through Husky Day!

Husky Day Packet Registration Forms

The following forms from the district are included your Husky Day Packet and need to be completed and turned in on Husky Day: 

ü  District Demographic Form (review, make any necessary changes, sign & date the back)

ü  Green Emergency Card (review, make any necessary changes, sign & date the back)

ü  Field Trip Parent-Driver Statement

ü  Handbook Acknowledgement Form

ü  Annual Give Campaign Donation Form

o   Complete fully if paying during Husky Day

o   If you paid online, complete top portion and attach PayPal receipts

ü  Application for Free and Reduced-Price Meals (optional)
